1. Scope of services
VOCO Digital provides website development, SEO, content creation, social media management and advanced digital services. Specific deliverables follow the signed quote and agreement.
2. Quotes and payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Payments follow the agreement: 25% deposit on signing, 25% after design approval, balance before launch; or per the client-selected plan (e.g. 50% deposit). All amounts are settled before delivery.
3. Asset ownership
After full payment, ownership of the website source code, design files, content, domain, hosting and related accounts transfers to the client, handed over per the agreement.
4. Client responsibilities
The client provides content, materials and decisions on schedule. Schedule changes caused by client delays are confirmed in writing.
5. Warranty and disclaimer
The website includes 90 days of bug fixes after launch. Outages or policy changes of third-party services (cloud, payment, ad platforms) are outside our control.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Deposits cover initial design and development costs and are non-refundable once work has started; cancellations before work begins are fully refunded.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. On termination, fees are settled for completed work and unused prepayments are refunded.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes are first resolved through friendly negotiation.
